Our Quality Program focuses on understanding the product and its application. We begin by working closely with our customers to understand the critical requirements of each product. We call these Critical to Quality (CTQ) criteria and they are a cornerstone of our quality plan. In addition to the physical features of a product, there may also be unique requirements such as certificates of compliance, performance tests, and regulatory certifications. All these become part of the overall quality plan.

We employ a QC manager at each factory. This person is personally trained by DSI in the application of our quality methods and documentation. The final quality plan is translated into Chinese so that it can be pushed down to the production teams. Each QC manager has a staff of technicians that oversee production, training, and final inspection on each shift.

It is a detailed process, but it is what differentiates DSI from the rest and assures our customers a quality product with each successive order.
